Fulfillment marketplace platform
One control plane for merchant demand and provider fulfillment
FulfillVia connects merchants who have orders to fulfill with the fulfillment providers and facilities that can fulfill them — then runs the work end to end: inventory, warehouse execution, routing, shipping, returns and settlement, on one audited multi-tenant ledger.
FulfillVia is a pilot platform. Console access is granted per tenant during onboarding, so there is no self-service sign-up yet.
Built for both sides of the order
Merchants, providers and warehouse teams work in the same tenant-scoped console, each seeing only what their permissions allow.
Merchants
Bring order demand in from your commerce platform and let FulfillVia decide where it should be fulfilled.
- Provisioning and order events arrive through the 1Ecomm connector
- Demand is routed to an owned facility or an external provider
- Every routing decision keeps its evidence and lifecycle trail
Fulfillment providers
Publish what you can actually do — coverage, calendars, rates — and get matched against real demand.
- Rate cards, service calendars and geographic zone sets per connection
- Certification and service-objective evidence gates award eligibility
- Invoices, disputes and payouts settle against the same ledger
Warehouse teams
Run the floor from a handheld: directed pick work, scanner input, and pack confirmation.
- Pick queue with explicit pick authority and task versioning
- Lot and serial trace capture at the point of the scan
- Keeps loading through connectivity gaps; state changes pause offline
What runs in the console today
These areas are delivered and operating behind tenant permissions. The capabilities page covers all eleven in detail, including returns, commerce integration, and the platform foundations underneath.
Inventory ledger
Append-only stock ledger with derived balances, reservations and available-to-promise, lot, serial and expiry traceability, blind cycle counts and recall quarantine.
Warehouse execution
Handheld pick and pack work with GS1 barcode parsing, versioned tasks, facility-scoped operators, and supervisor-only short-pick resolution.
Provider routing
Demand routed on coverage, on-time evidence, capacity, cutoff, service calendar and rate card — with every candidate’s reasons kept, and a read-only simulator to test a policy first.
Carrier shipping
One contract over EasyPost, Shippo, UPS and the Digitrend Logistics Marketplace: rate shopping, PDF, PNG and ZPL labels, manifests, tracking, customs and claims.
3PL fulfillment
ShipBob, Shipfusion, ShipHero and ShipMonk connections with rate cards, service calendars, zone sets and capacity — plus governed receiving and returns.
Marketplace settlement
Three-way invoice matching, an immutable ledger, versioned FX with provenance, two-person payouts, governed disputes and deterministic finance exports.
How access works
Sign-in is federated to your organization; FulfillVia never holds your password.
Tell us about your operation
Send us your role — merchant, fulfillment provider, or both — the facilities involved, and the commerce platform you run on.
We provision your tenant
Your organization, facilities and provider connections are created, and your identity provider is registered so your team can sign in with your existing accounts.
Your team gets scoped access
Each person receives only the permissions their job needs — warehouse operators, inventory controllers, shipping desks and finance all see different consoles.
